You must first remove the meter faceplate. Then using small needle nose
pliers or tweezers, lift the arm with the eyelet around the bulb soldered to it, and swing
it out of the way. Carefully grasp the bulb, it will come straight up out of the large
eyelet. The bulb will have a Teflon ring around it. Don't lose the insulating spacer. You
can see from the drawing that the bulb leads are arranged so that one lead goes inside the
Teflon ring, and one goes outside of it. Reverse the disassembly procedure and it should
work.
We usually stock the light source lamps if you need more. Ours are aged and selected with
cut and formed leads. Check our website under "replacement
parts" for photos and current pricing on this and other parts in your
transmitter.
